It is almost the end of 2018.
In previous posts I have covered why it is important to complete an end of year report for your PMO or project and other important activities.

So here is a summary of the highlights and achievements for PMMAJIK.COM in 2018.
PM Majik Members Area 2nd Anniversary
It is difficult to believe. However, the members area has now been open for 2 years. I am pleased that many of the original Founder Members are still part of the community.
I am so pleased to see the growth of global members and to receive feedback, reviews and questions. I cannot tell you how encouraging it is to hear how the website and resources are helping.
I think the stand out statement for 2018 was:
“Your site is great – used it to review for a contract PMO role (been on career break) and I got the job!”.
Knowing that by sharing my knowledge and experience has helped fellow professionals is the best reward I can ask for!
New Resources for Members
In line with my commitment to continually look to add value to the PM Majik community, a number of new resources valued over $200 were added to the members area including:
- PMO Recruitment Framework
- Mega Project Template Pack (225 templates)
- Management & Personal ebooks for change professionals
- New presentations
- New videos
- Bonus templates
There are more resources planned for 2019 including an exciting project I have been working on during the 2nd half of 2018 (more details at end of the post).
Blog Posts
I have continued to add new posts to the blog, a total of 38 for the year.
These are often based on direct requests from the PM Majik community. If you have a topic you wish to have covered, simply contact me with the details.
Infrastructure
Sometimes important changes are not so obvious.
Earlier this year I invested in upgrading the web hosting service in respect of performance. This was important as I wanted to improve the user experience and robustness of my service.
How Members Help?
The development and publishing of new resources, posts, etc takes the investment of time and money.
This is where I would like to say a special thank you to new and long standing members. Your investment means that I can continue to develop and produce useful content and resources.
Happy New Year
So I am excited about 2019…….
All that is left is for me to do is to wish you a very happy, healthy and prosperous 2019.
