This is a summary of all of the key points from the chapter to reinforce the learning.
At the end of each of the chapters is an action plan based on the steps documented under the Approach. This is a useful reference for the steps that need to be taken when implementing a particular PMO function.
This section takes the information from sections 1 and 2 to build a 4 week mobilisation plan for the definition and implementation of an effective PMO.
Chapter 19 provides an overview of the 4 week plan. There is then 4 chapters that provide a checklist of what activities should be performed in week 1, 2,3 and 4, grouped by the functions detailed in section 2.
The final chapter of section 3 provides details of the business as usual activities (BAU) that will take place after the PMO has been set-up.!
