Have not received welcome e-mail?

If you have completed the secure payment but have not received your welcome e-mail, the following should quickly resolve the issue and get you access to the resources:

  1. Check your junk / spam folder just in case your email software placed the welcome email there in error.  If it did, make sure you add and to your white / safe list.
  2. Visit the login page at and then enter the user name and password you set during the payment process when you set-up your account.
  3. If you can not remember your login details, use the reset password option on the login screen by entering the email address you used during the account set-up, you will then receive an email with a link to reset your details.
