• How do I become a member?

  Simply review the different membership options and choose the one that has the resources you would like to use.  Then click the “Instant Access” button to be taken to the secure order form.

• How do I make payment?

  After you have selected the membership level you require and clicked the “Instant Access” button, this will open a payment form.  This allows you to choose your user name and password for your membership and to make the secure payment.

• What methods of payment can be used?

  You can make your secure payment using all major debit and credit cards (including American Express and Discover).  You can also make payment using your Paypal account).

• How do I access my membership?

  Upon confirmation of secure payment, your membership will be automatically activated within a couple of minutes.  You then can enter the user name and password you selected to login to the members area and gain access to all of the tools and templates associated with your membership.

• Do I have to pay a recurring fee for my membership?

  No.  You only have to pay the single payment for the required level of membership and will be able to download the frameworks and guides.  You will also have access to the video training, updates and ANY NEW RESOURCES for a period of 12 months.  Then, you have the option to pay a low annual fee to continue the ongoing access to the members area to continue to receive access to the videos, product upgrades, new products and e-mail support.  If you do not want to take up this option, simply cancel the support arrangement within the first 12 months of becoming a member.  Remember, you can download all the frameworks within the first 12 months and use forever.

• What is a lifetime licence?

  When you purchase any of the premium resources or memberships, you are granted a lifetime licence to use the resources for your lifetime.  The licence applies to up to the latest version you download while you are a member.  If you decide not to take up the low cost support and upgrade option after the first year, you will be able to carry on using the latest version you downloaded in the year you were a member.  If you decide to continue with the optional support and upgrades the lifetime licence will apply to the latest version while you are still a member.  You can of course continue to use previous versions with the lifetime licence.

• What software is required to use the frameworks and templates?

  To use the tools and templates you will need access to Microsoft Office 2007 or higher.  Specifically Excel, Powerpoint and Word.  Some of the tools and templates may be compatiable with similar office software.  However, it is not possible for us to provide support on tools and templates updated using software other than Microsoft Office 2007 or higher.

• Do you offer a money back guarantee?

  Absolutely.  All of the frameworks within the member’s area are backed by my 100% money back guarantee.  So there is no risk to you.

• How does the 100% money back guarantee work?

• Can I access the member's area with different devices?

  Yes.  You can login to your member’s dashboard using PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone.  Any device that supports any of the popular Internet browsers including Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Explorer and many more.

• Can I upgrade my membership?

  Yes.  This is a popular request.  To ensure maximum value it is possible to upgrade from ESSENTIAL to PRO and MASTER or upgrade from PRO to MASTER.  Simply login to your account and select upgrades from your Member Dashboard.

• What is the currency is used for the prices?

  To reflect the fact that members come from across the world, all prices on this site are in US dollars (US $).  Unfortunately it is not possible to provide prices in other currencies.
